Tennis Visitors

Dear members,
I have had several enquiries from members asking if they can bring visitors to play tennis.
From Wednesday 26th May, we will be allowing this and there will be a charge of £10.00 for 1 hour. Payment is to be made by telephone as we are only taking card payments.

Please ensure you make your guests aware of the following:

*Doubles games are only permitted for people from the same household.
Singles games can consist of 2 people from different households
* Arrive no more than 10 minutes before your booking time
* Ring the intercom at the main door & wait to be allowed into the building
*All visitors MUST sign in on arrival
*Follow the corridor, past thy gym and turn right for the tennis courts
* Hand sanitiser is available, we do recommend you bring your own and use it when arriving & leaving
*Rackets are not provided and you must not share equipment with others
* Clean and wipe down your equipment, including racquets and water bottles before and after use
*Bring your own tennis balls that are clearly marked (e.g. with your initials)
*Leave via the grass area between the gym & cricket field and exit the club area into the car park to the right of the main reception.
Please do not congregate in the car park.

If you or anyone in your household has any symptoms, we ask you to refrain from using the facilities.

STAY ALERT - CONTROL THE VIRUS - SAVE LIVES
