New Online Court Booking System

We are pleased to let you know we now have a new booking system, which you can access by clicking the following link.

These are your login details.

Username = [[username]]
Password = [[temp_password]]
PIN = [[pin]]

You will need your username and password to login to the Booking System Website -- please change your password after you login.

IMPORTANT: SQUASH COURT CHECK-IN / NO-SHOW POLICY

Members who book squash courts must check-in to confirm court usage.
You will need to know your PIN in order to check-in at the club to confirm court usage.
The system automatically assumes a "no-show" and when a court remains booked without a valid check-in.
One or more 'No-Shows' (failure to check-in) for a Squash Court booking within a calendar week (commencing Monday) will result in a Member losing their booking rights for squash courts for 7 days starting from the following Monday.
To make it easier for you to check-in, you can register your membership card with your PIN [[pin]] when you touch it to the card reader -- once registered, you will then be able to check-in with your card (instead of your PIN).
