COVID 19 - Please Read

Due to several members of the management team having to self-isolate for the next 2 weeks and following the guidelines from the government, we have had to make the decision to close the bar & restaurant from today, 17th March 2020.

The gym, astro, tennis and squash courts remain open at the moment and reception will be manned during normal opening hours. As the bar will be closed, we will also have to close the building from 8pm so we will ask that the building is vacated by this time.


In the meantime, we are still providing anti-bacterial hand gel, and can we please ask that you take the necessary precautions as advised to include the following:

Stay at home if you have either:

• A high temperature – you feel hot to touch on your chest or back
• A new, continuous cough – this means you’ve started coughing repeatedly

How long do you need to stay at home:

• If you have symptoms, stay at home for 7 days
• If you live with other people, stay at home for 14 days from the day the first person shows symptoms


We will continue to follow the government guidelines and will keep you informed as much as possible.

Not receiving Email Newsletters?

  • Login and check you email address is correct.
  • Contact Us if you changed your email address.
  • Check you spam/junk folders (and mark the message as "not spam/junk" if you find it there).
  • Add "westwarwicks@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Contacts list or email address book.
  • Contact your email service provider and ask them why you're not receiving messages sent from westwarwicks@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.

Hotmail/Outlook Users

  • Login to your Hotmail/Outlook account.
  • Click Settings > View all Outlook settings > Junk Email
  • Add "mycourts.co.uk" and "no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Safe Senders and domains.

GMail Users

  • Go to Gmail Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses. If "West Warwickshire Sports Club <westwarwicks@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" appears in the list of blocked addresses, select "West Warwickshire Sports Club <westwarwicks@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" and click "unblock selected addresses".

Other email service providers may have similar settings -- please follow their instructions. If not, contact their support desk and request delivery of messages from westwarwicks@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.
