Coronavirus Update

Good afternoon all,

I just wanted to update you all on the actions we are taking as a club to minimise the risk the coronavirus poses.

We have put the following in place:

* Extra anti bacterial gel/soaps around the building
* All door handles and contact surfaces are being cleaned several times a day
* Our Personal Trainers and Class Instructors have been advised to ensure all equipment has been cleaned following use - this will also include allowing 5 mins at the end of each sessions for attendees to clean what they have used
* Signs around the building advising on the correct procedure when washing your hands
* All sections have been advised to follow procedures and keep things clean

If you have been in contact with anyone who has the virus or if you have been outside of the country or visited any affected areas, please use your common sense and do not come in if you start showing symptoms. Follow the guidelines and notify us ASAP if you are aware of anyone who is showing any of the virus.

Not receiving Email Newsletters?

  • Login and check you email address is correct.
  • Contact Us if you changed your email address.
  • Check you spam/junk folders (and mark the message as "not spam/junk" if you find it there).
  • Add "westwarwicks@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Contacts list or email address book.
  • Contact your email service provider and ask them why you're not receiving messages sent from westwarwicks@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.

Hotmail/Outlook Users

  • Login to your Hotmail/Outlook account.
  • Click Settings > View all Outlook settings > Junk Email
  • Add "mycourts.co.uk" and "no-reply.mycourts.co.uk" to your Safe Senders and domains.

GMail Users

  • Go to Gmail Settings > Filters and Blocked Addresses. If "West Warwickshire Sports Club <westwarwicks@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" appears in the list of blocked addresses, select "West Warwickshire Sports Club <westwarwicks@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk>" and click "unblock selected addresses".

Other email service providers may have similar settings -- please follow their instructions. If not, contact their support desk and request delivery of messages from westwarwicks@no-reply.mycourts.co.uk.
